Acceptance
and Refunds Policy
Resource Connection accepts cash, checks and the credit cards
VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Debit cards backed by VISA and
MasterCard are also accepted. There is a $15 service fee for
all returned checks.
Workshop Refunds
Prepayments for workshops are not refundable, unless the cancellation
is received in writing more than 1 week in advance of the
workshop date. One half (50%) of the fee will be retained
to cover processing. Refunds are not available after the
workshop begins. Prepayments are fully refundable if the
workshop is cancelled.
Classroom Rentals
Deposits are required upon contract for
rental of space. Because the space is reserved
exclusively for the workshop or event and we turn
down all requests for the space at the contracted
time by others, one half (50%) of the deposit is
refundable if the event is cancelled and the space
is released for other reservations more than 2
weeks in advance. No portion of the deposit will
be refunded if cancelled thereafter.
Payment of Refunds
Refunds are paid in the form of the original purchase, or through
other arrangements with the indvidual. If cancelled the same
day and if possible, checks will be returned uncashed and
credit card transactions will be voided. Refunds are made
to the original purchaser only.
